About Us

The Spalding Consultancy was set up in 2009 and now works with Associates throughout the country providing a highly specialised business consultancy to organisations requiring expertise and guidance in regulation, compliance, problem solving in the Health and Social Care sector, Care Quality Commission and advising on the setting up and running of Limited Liability Partnerships.

Roz Spalding, Founder and Managing Director of the company has a management career spanning 20 years in Private Hospitals throughout the UK and aims to pass on this experience and insight to clients across the healthcare sectors. Spalding Consultancy work with care home groups, treatment centres, domiciliary care companies, independent sector providers, radiology and consultant partnerships and GP practices.

Their work has also included the commissioning of treatment and diagnostic centres, working with Clinical Commissioning Groups and various other issues that require general Healthcare management advice.
